안녕하세요, RunnerX(러너엑스)입니다.

항상 RunnerX 서비스를 이용해 주시는 회원 여러분께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

2026년 6월 15일부로 RunnerX 서비스의 운영 주체가 (주)에어리안으로 변경될 예정입니다.

이에 따라 서비스 운영 및 기존 회원의 포인트 승계 처리를 위해 필요한 일부 개인정보가 (주)에어리안으로 이전될 예정입니다. 자세한 내용은 아래를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 서비스 양도 개요

• 양도 대상: RunnerX 앱 서비스 및 사업 일체

• 양도 일자: 2026년 6월 15일(예정)

• 변경 전 운영사 : ㈜ 동아닷컴

• 양수 회사(변경 후 운영사): (주)에어리안

2. 개인정보 이전에 관한 사항

서비스 운영 주체 변경에 따라, 기존 RunnerX 회원의 포인트 확인 및 승계 처리를 위해 필요한 개인정보가 아래와 같이 이전됩니다.

• 양수법인명: (주)에어리안

• 주소: 서울특별시 서초구 서초대로 398, 703호

• 연락처: [e-mail]

• 전화번호: 고객 문의 전용 연락처 개설 후 공지 예정

• 이전되는 개인정보 항목: 계정식별 정보(E-mail), 포인트 잔액, 포인트 승계 확인을 위한 관련 정보 등

※ 기존 RunnerX의 회원가입 계정 정보 전체가 그대로 이전되는 것은 아니며, 변경 후 서비스 이용을 위해서는 신규 회원가입이 필요합니다.

※ 기존 RunnerX에서 보유한 포인트는 신규 회원가입 시 기존 계정과 동일한 이메일 또는 식별정보로 확인되는 경우 승계될 예정입니다.

3. 서비스 이용 및 포인트 승계 안내

운영 주체 변경 이후 RunnerX 서비스는 (주)에어리안을 통해 제공될 예정입니다.

다만, 기존 회원 계정이 그대로 이전되는 방식은 아니므로, 회원님께서는 변경 후 서비스 이용을 위해 신규 회원가입을 진행하셔야 합니다.

기존 RunnerX 계정과 동일한 이메일 또는 식별 정보로 신규 가입하시는 경우, 기존에 보유하고 계신 포인트는 확인 절차를 거쳐 유지될 예정입니다.

포인트 승계가 정상적으로 확인되지 않는 경우, 고객 문의 채널을 통해 별도 확인을 요청하실 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보 이전을 원하지 않는 경우

개인정보 이전을 원하지 않으시는 경우, 2026년 6월 15일 이전까지 [앱 내 더보기 > 회원 탈퇴]를 통해 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의를 철회하실 수 있습니다.

개인정보 이전을 원하지 않거나 회원 탈퇴를 진행하시는 경우, 기존 RunnerX 계정 기준의 포인트 승계 및 변경 후 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

(주)에어리안은 이전 받은 개인정보를 RunnerX 서비스 운영 및 기존 회원의 포인트 승계 및 서비스 목적 범위 내에서만 이용하며, 회원님의 소중한 개인정보를 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 보호하겠습니다.

Notice: Change of RunnerX Service Operator and Transfer of Personal Information Due to Business Transfer

Greetings from RunnerX.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our members for using the RunnerX service. Effective June 15, 2026, the operator of the RunnerX service is scheduled to change to Airian Co., Ltd..

Accordingly, some personal information necessary for service operation and the succession of existing members' points will be transferred to Airian Co., Ltd.. Please see the details below.

1. Overview of Business Transfer

• Subject of Transfer: RunnerX app service and all related business operations.

• Date of Transfer: June 15, 2026 (Scheduled).

• Previous Operator: Donga.com Co., Ltd..

• New Operator (Transferee): Airian Co., Ltd..

2. Details Regarding Personal Information Transfer

To ensure the verification and succession of points for existing RunnerX members, the following information will be transferred to the new operator:

• Company Name: Airian Co., Ltd.

• Address: Room 703, 398 Seocho-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul

• Contact: [e-mail]

• Phone Number: To be announced after a dedicated customer inquiry line is established

• Items to be Transferred: Account identification info (Email), point balance, and related info for point succession verification.

Note: Your entire existing RunnerX membership account info will not be transferred automatically. A new membership registration is required to use the service after the change.

3. Service Usage and Point Succession Guide

• After the change, RunnerX will be provided through Airian Co., Ltd..

• If you sign up for the new service using the same email or identification information as your previous RunnerX account, your existing points will be maintained following a verification process.

• If your points are not successfully transferred, you may request a separate review through the customer inquiry channel.

4. If You Do Not Wish to Transfer Personal Information

• If you do not agree to the transfer, you may withdraw your consent by selecting [In-app Settings > Delete Account] before June 15, 2026.

• Please note that opting out or deleting your account may restrict point succession and your ability to use the service after the operator change.

Airian Co., Ltd. will use the transferred information solely for service operation and point succession purposes, ensuring your personal data is protected in accordance with relevant laws.
